1. Who we are
LabApps provides a cloud-based operating platform for laboratories and related organizations. When we say “LabApps,” “we,” or “us,” we mean the operator of the LabApps service and this website. Contact: support@labapps.io.
2. Using LabApps
By using this website or the LabApps application, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use LabApps for an organization, you confirm that you are allowed to do so.
3. Accounts
Access is limited to people an organization invites. Keep your sign-in private. We may suspend access that threatens the service or violates these terms.
4. LabApps text messages
Program name: LabApps.
Description: LabApps sends operational stain-count texts to laboratory employees whose work numbers a pathology administrator saves in LabApps Settings, Pending worklist. A message lists how many stains are open and the count for each stain name. It does not include patient names, accession numbers, or other patient information. Messages are not marketing and are not sent to patients or the public.
Message frequency: About four messages a day, plus occasional messages when a staff member chooses Send now.
Message and data rates may apply.
Text STOP to cancel. A pathology administrator can also delete the number and save.
For help, email support@labapps.io.
Privacy Policy: https://labapps.co/privacy.
5. Customer information
An organization is responsible for the information it puts into LabApps and for the agreements that information requires. Text messages from this program do not include patient information.
6. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page and changing the date above.
