Assay Profiles
Encode how your panel should be read—once.
Assay profiles define how LabApps interprets instrument exports: which targets are pathogens and which are controls, Ct cutoffs (profile-wide or per target), detection and interpretation rules, grouped reporting pools, and report text. Profiles move through a DRAFT → LIVE lifecycle.
Capabilities
What you can do
Targets & controls
Define reportable targets and controls—or load them from CSV, TXT, XLSX, or a sample export.
Detection & interpretation rules
Profile-wide defaults with optional per-target cutoffs.
Pools
Group targets for reporting (for example, organisms by class).
Report preview
See the patient-facing output before a profile goes live.
Lifecycle control
Profiles stay in DRAFT until validation and director go-live.
